appliances (gas log, ducted heater, natural draft and balanced flue heaters).

Please note, this is not Just a safety check of the heater. This is a full service as required by 
the VBA and as stated in the Residential Tenancy Regulation Act 2027.

• Our company provides a quote for all repairs or replacement of all non-compliant issues found 

during the gas /electrical safety compliance check.

 

• We also clean and service the split system filters and inspect the installation.

• Our qualified gas fitters use the latest technology and equipment in testing of gas appliances 

(including a printed read out of any carbon monoxide that has been detected).

• You'll receive full access to your gas/electrical compliance check on our portal, this can be 

viewed by the property manager or landlord.
